The Magic of Music is a great advocator of having music lessons a regular part of a child’s life, ideally once a week. Years of research has again and again proved the value of this on a young person’s life, especially when the exposure to workshops is continous. Plato once said that music ‘is a more potent instrument than any other for education.’ It has been found that because music uses both sides of the brain, it is valuable in all areas of development – academically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The Magic of Music wants to give as many children as possible, this vital head start in life.
