The Magic of Music is proud to partner with the Irish Baroque Orchestra in The Resonate Project where we bring the joy and magic of Baroque and classical music, coupled with multi-sensory learning and period instruments to schools across Dublin.

The Resonate Project is fully immersive, multi-sensory musical programme delivered and facilitated by a workshop leader from the Magic of Music where children are engaged in all sorts of learning around Baroque, Classical and sometimes even Trad music with the support and engagement of IBO musicians. Classes in the school ranging from junior infants to 6th class participate over a ten week period in musical learning that leads to a big bash with members from the IBO. In this context music becomes a tool for growth, empowerment and healing.  

What began as a 13-week pilot at Our Lady of Victories Infant School in Ballymun has grown! Since January 2025 The Magic of Music in conjunction with the Irish Baroque Orchestra has delivered a year-long continuous programme of in-school, fully immersive music classes at Rutland Street National School in Dublin's inner city and an amazingly engaging Baroque workshop at Clonburris National School. We are pleased to announce that as of 2026 The Resonate Project has been rolled out in St Audeon’s National School in inner city Dublin and we’re looking for more partners in this transformative musical journey.
